Due to the heavy quantitative emphasis and demand for writing skills in our curriculum, each student will be expected to have his own scientific calculator, PC and printer. Without question, upon graduation, our students will be highly trained in computers, skilled communicators, and very attractive to prospective employers.
In preparation for a successful university career, prospective students should have completed appropriate course work at the pre-university level. For example, students desiring to enroll in the Faculty of Business and Economics should have some knowledge of computers, English, and German. Due to the great variations in the quality of education among Albanian high schools, a standardized test is required to verify this basic level of needed knowledge. If a student is lacking in any area, then the Admission Committee might recommend that the student complete coursework that will overcome the deficiency.
